百度了好几个版本，都不知道哪个是最准确的。版本1：
Arbitration: All disputes in connection with the execution of this Contract shall be settled friendly through negotiations. In case no settlement can be reached, the case may then be submitted for arbitration to the Arbitration committee of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in Accordance with the Provisional Rules of Procedures promulgated by the said Arbitration Committee. The Arbitration shall take place in Shanghai and the decision of the Arbitration Committee shall be final and binding upon both parties; neither party shall seek recourse to a low court or other authorities to appeal for revision of the decision. Arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party. 仲裁：与执行本合同有关的一切争议，应通过友好方式协商加以解决。若没能达成和解，该案可能被提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会按照暂行规定程序仲裁。仲裁在上海举行，仲裁委员会的仲裁为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力，任何一方不得诉诸于一个低级法院或其他部门提出上诉。仲裁费用由败诉方承担。
版本2：
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both partied. Arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.
仲裁：与此合同有关的争议应通过友好协商解决。如果协商无法解决，提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会进行仲裁。按照申请仲裁时该会现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。仲裁费用由败诉方承担。
