我们出口到新西兰的货物，做过了熏蒸，商检局给我们出具了熏蒸证书跟植物检疫证书，客户通知我们还需要如上的两个证书，请问这两个证书是在哪里办理的？

以上两个证书还真少见，不知道楼主是什么产品呢？植物检验证书和熏蒸证倒是容易办理！

这样看不出来是什么证书，具体还是要看客人确认一下，是不是客人指的就是植物检疫证和薰蒸证！

这个问题带少许专业性，稍作扫盲，呵呵。ISPM #15 certificate换一种说法就是符合国际标准的正规熏蒸后出具的证书。Certificate of gas clearance目前并无专门证书，如确实需要，可以由熏蒸机构散气后出证明，客户自己申明或者交机构散气声明。
