（综合）昨天晚上，兰里一栋在建的公寓综合大楼发生大火，造成附近地区电力中断，100人需要紧急撤离。
昨天周一晚上约9:30，兰里第80大街和第208街附近一栋在建的多层公寓大楼发生大火，全部被烧毁。

从公寓楼附近撤离的居民Meisam Khaleghpanah表示“听到了巨大的爆炸声”，还听到一些人在大叫：起火了。”
当消防人员到达现场时，其中两座塔楼已经起火，火势迅速蔓延。

兰利消防局表示，火势破坏非常严重，至少有3栋公寓楼和数栋联排别墅被大火吞没。

由于建筑距离非常近，有些建筑还相互连接，火势难以控制，消防人员还必须穿过相邻公寓的墙壁才能进入火场，以阻止火势蔓延。
消防人员面临的最大挑战之一就是在两座建筑之间有一个1,000磅的丙烷储罐，还必须招来挖掘机。
幸运的是，大多数联排别墅没有受影响，也没有居民或急救人员没有受伤。

大火造成变压器炸毁，也导致大规模停电，该地区近4,000个BC Hydro公司的客户失去电力供应。直到今天星期二早上，大部分才恢复电力供应。
大火导致威洛比小学（Willoughby Elementary School）今天关闭。
预计消防人员需要持续几天在现场扑灭火场热点。
消防人员表示这是迄今最严重的火灾之一。
目前，起火的原因仍在调查中。
