看问题的角度还不到...For the long-term cooperate，你不如来点实在点的，第一次合作都没呢。直说quality还还不够，那什么来证明？

这句话也不太妥，这样的话你们在谈价格的时候会处于劣势，无法掌握主动权。
其实在写这封MAIL的时候可以试着用EMPATHY，从对方角度来考虑问题，个人觉得效果会比较好。

my advise is as follow,
if the customer insist your price is too high, why not list a product with cheaper material. and then list the defect of the cheaper product and your product's quality. he will surely know how to make the decision. otherwise your arguement will have no effect.
