各位大虾们, 帮我看看下面的信用证条款是否合适, 谢谢了46A: 第7条. certificate issued by shipping company or thier authorized agent stating that transportation should be effected by copanies operation in accordance with pakistani laws and regulations regarding vessel flags, seaports shipmet and transshipment.
47A: 第2条. stale claused, short form, blank back bill of lading, charter party, freight forwarder and house bill of lading and non-negotiable seaway bill are not acceptable.
第5条: IF DISCREPANT DOCUMENTS ARE PRESENTED THEN Discrepant document handing charges are on the account of beneficiary, however this clause does not have prejudice over our rights to reject the documents if the same are not acceptable to us.
第15条: negotiating/ nominated bank covering shedule must certify that all L/C advising bank charges has been paid by the beneficiary.
第16条: in case documents send bt the benefficiary's bank to us and consequently lost in transit, we have the right ti require copy/duplicate of the original documents, covering letter and relative courier receipt to determine that presentation are complied with LC terms and conditions and reimbursement will be effected after determination of complying presentation at our end, the second pare of article 35 of UCP 600 is not applicable and our bank shall not bear any charges and interest incurred for delayed payment.

我没怎么做过信用证, 客户说的意思我都懂, 就是不知道他的这些要求合理么, 比如这个汇票是我们做信用证的受益方必须提供的么

汇票是由受益方签发的，意思就是受益人开给开证方说明到期要付给受益人多少货款啥的，如果不由受益人签发，随便谁都要要货款，肯定不合理的。

这些条款没什么问题。
如果你是初次使用信用证，建议你找一位经验丰富的人协助你制作单据，千万不要在没有看懂信用证条款时，就盲目的制作单据，可能会带来不必要的麻烦。
