附件条款的：under no circumstances should transferee's documents be sent directed to L/C issuing bank without substituting transferor's documents at our counter. If any bank/financial institution other than us dispatches transferee's documents directly to L/C issuing bank and hence precludes the transferor from will be held fully liable for indemnifying the injured party for all losses that may result from so doing.
The transferor substitute its drafts and invoice for those of the transferee. Pls noted that we shall send the presnted ducuments, with or without substitution, to the issuing bank for payment withour checking any of the documents presented by the transferree.
Presenter must state our transfer number in their covering schedule
Copy of this advice of transfer must be presented together with each presentation, and the amount of any such srawing must be endorsed on the reverse of thr original advice of transfer by the presenter and the presenter must certify that in their covering schedule.
This is solely an advice o tranfer without any engagement or liability on our part and payment will only be made to the transferee after our receipt of clear funds from the issuing bank.
Pursuant to the United nation's sanctions and the relevant regulations, the sanctions imposed by the office of foreign assets control of the United Stetes of America, terrorist Lists issued by the govermet of the people's republic of china from time to time, we shall not handle ordeal with any documents, shipments,goods,payments and /or transactions that may relate,directly or indirectly, to any sanctioned countries ,persons or parties. Accordingly, any presentation that may voilate the aforesaid condition may be rejected at any time without any liability on our part.
