各位有没有操作过MT S710的报文格式的信用证？开证行和寄单行地址不一致？这是什么原因？

有这种情况的，因为开证行指定了保兑行或是开证行的审单业务外包给别的银行了，所以寄单地点都不是开证行自己了。

信用证报文格式是MT S710是可转让信用证第二受益人的报文格式，即这个报文格式下的受益人是第二受益人，那么，可转让信用证的转让行是第二受益人的交单行，即第二受益人必须向转让行交单，而不能够直接向原开证行交单，否则就是交单不符。

710是通知由第三家银行开立的信用证。倾向2楼朋友的说法。
应该不是可转让信用证的情况，720格式才用在那个上面。

谢谢回答！我去银行，银行的工作人员告诉我这是转开信用证，说是跟可转让信用证不是一码事。所以，我在这个点上卡住了。

MT710 Advice of a third bank's documentary credit. scope: this message is sent by an advising bank, which has received a documentary credit from the issuing bank, to the bank advising the beneficiary or another advising bank. It is used to advise the Receiver about the terms and conditions of a documentary credit .(Banks don't have all other banks as correspondents, and are compelled to use the service of intermediary banks to reach the beneficiary)

MT720 Transfer of a documentary credit-scope: when a beneficiary has requested the transfer of a documentary credit to a second beneficiary, this message is sent by the bank authorized to advise the transfer of the documentary credit, to the bank advising the second beneficiary.
