加拿大外贸
第一次涉及L/C，连最基本的流程都不知道怎么走的〒▽〒请各位高手指教！以下是阿拉伯的一位客户发过来的L/C样本中的documents required，不懂具体意思，请指教！
1、manually signed commercial invoices issued by the beneficiary in two original plus two copies stating the name and address of the manufacturers/processors certifying origin of goods as China and contents to be true and correct,duly legalised by UAE EMBASSY/consulate.
2、full set of clean"shipped on board"ocean bills of lading and/or airway bill consigned to the order of AUB DHABI ISLAMIC BANK,P.OBOX 313.ABU DHABI.UAE.MARKED "FREIGHT PAYABLE AT DESTINATION"and showing totify party:al mandoos trading company llc.
3、certificate of origin issued by chamber of commerce and industry in exporting country stating that doods are of China origin ,duly legalised by UAE BMBASSY/CONSULATE.
4、insurance covered locally and shipment/dispatch advice quoting name of the carrying vessel/flight,date of shipment/dispatch, port/airport of loading /discharge,shipping marks,amount,quantity and our letter of credit NO.ILC04-120114 must be faxed within 7days from the date of shipment/distatch to m/s. AL HILAL TAKAFUL,P.O.BOX 11644,ABU DHABI,UAE ON THEIR FAX no.…referring to their open policy NO.1/1/10/11/2011/9 and certificate NO.3/2012.a copy of this advice and related transmitteo fax report must be submitted alongwith the shipping documents.
5、packing list in two original plus two copies.
6、A. in case the shipment is effected by sea:
a certificate from the ship-owner,carrier,master or agent of vessel in one original and one copy stating the following:
I）the vessel is eligible to enter into the ports of UAE in conformity with its laws and regulations.
II）shipment has been made on a conference or regular line vessel.
III)vessel age is less than 15(fifteen)operating years old at the time of loading.
IV)shipment effectbd in containers.
B. in case of dispatch by air
certificate from the carriers or their agent in one original and one copy stating that :the flight is eligible to enter into the airports of UAE in conformity with its las and regulations .

由阿拉伯大使馆或者领馆签字认证 !

这里要求你的发票要经过阿联酋大使馆/领事认证

第一第三条款要求你们办理商业发票和原产地证的使馆认证！

ISSUER有点问题，建议将 and industry 去掉为妥。
