如果所提交的单据有任一不符点，将从索偿金额或者日后的任一支取货款金额中扣除不符点费用USD80或等值金额。

不用你背书的是由交单行背书的。

背书是要根据情况的，因为不知道你咋开的汇票，所以不好说。一般你签汇票的时候，就做成凭交单银行的指示付款，这样的话，就交单银行背书就好了

LC付款方式，是MT202形式的，即银行之间划拨头寸的，显示凭受益人指示的情况不妥当。

受益人背书给交单行也是可以的。只是国内习惯直接做成凭交单行指示而已了
