（九爱加拿大网综合）上周，一名无辜的男子在温哥华市中心溜狗被温哥华警察误认为是入室抢劫嫌犯，被两粒橡皮子弹击中导致身体瘀伤，陷入极度的痛苦之中。
温哥华警方也承认上周在耶鲁镇发生了一起误捕事件，并通知警察投诉专员办公室进行调查。
上周三下午5点20分左右，多伦多40岁的男子伊莱贾-巴尼特（Elijah Barnett）在温哥华市中心理查兹街遛朋友的狗，突然被子弹击中倒地。

他声称自己被戴上手铐，并被拘留了两个多小时，因为他没有随身携带钱包或身份证来证明自己的身份。
巴内特称警察意识到犯错后，虽然帮他收拾干净，送他回家，但巴内特称警察的道歉非常空洞，他称目前全身都有伤口、擦伤和瘀伤，行动不便。
他希望逮捕他的警察被停职停薪，并最终因他受到的待遇而被起诉。
