2月13日下午，素里皇家骑警表示，反对新冠强制措施的团体持续第二天在加美边境的Pacific过境点抗议，最后有4人因恶作剧而被捕。
根据DriveBC得消息，First Ave和 8th Avenue之间的15号高速公路仍处于封闭状态，Pacific边境通道已经关闭。

素里警方在昨天中午12点30分在现场集结，驱赶抗议者沿着15高速向北方向离开。

但是抗议者的队伍刚刚过免税店，警方就和抗议者们产生了对峙，现场估计有几百名名抗议人士。

当时距离边境点还有4个接口时，警方突然派出几辆警察禁止人群通过，抗议者立即涌入，坐在地上迫使警车后退。高喊为自由而战：
