加拿大进出口外贸疫情期间的这封开发信让好几个老客户看完决定下单,新客户看完加入供应商名录

我不喜欢大肆宣传,但是对于坐实的好的东西一定会分享给大家,在福布上我也见过许多大神,很多人都是一部传奇,会在一起就是移动的外贸百科全书,那么疫情期间我们线下无法参展,线上力度势必要增加,这几天客户好多在过圣诞,庆新年,那么我也正好有点时间去思考,发送一些东南亚客户和维系关系。

开发信真的很重要,但是08年之前的套路不再使用,那种全面撒网,重点培养,全面开花的时代已经过去,还是不改变,将面临被封域名的风险。
开发信从标题就要引人注意,首先我认为最好写上客户的公司名字和结合linkedin之后你找到的负责人姓名,
内容上一定要读过客户的网站,根据网站针对性开发,比如客户做分销十几年,你就可以写看到你们分销十几年,在哪些领域专长,曾经服务哪些项目,正准备这么去做和这样的企业建立持久贸易,互利共赢,因为平时时间太忙,我就不多说,主要是思维上的发散,大家一定要发散,不要照搬,如果有疑问可以留言,我看到会给大家答疑。

这是写给老客户

Dear Mr.----------

Happy new year!
During 2019, you placed order around 40000 usd with us,
During 2020, you placed order only 10000usd with us,

from 2019 to 2020, thanks for you support, for usd going down from 7.2 to 6.5 compare RMB, it is around 11% lower than before. but
As you know that you told me that your company facing a problem for exporting and the market is slow.
So I have persuaded my boss to not raise our price and give 3% discount to you(as you know raw material is rising quickly everyday in China) in 2021, actually in 2020 we do a lot of charitable activities like that,
We will do our best trying to support relative company who potentially to buy -------, and help them recover from coronavirus in the world,
he wants to give our minimum price even if we deficit, and we will do it continuously during 2021,

I think you may hear raw material rising a lot from other suppliers. Btw, if you have procurement plan, please let me know.


写给新客户,在写之前我有过cold call

Dear friend

Sorry for the bad greeting, but I did not know you will receive and read it directly, because I called your Receptionist and a madam who picked up the telephone.
Actually, I know your company for a long time, but I did not call you because I planed to visit your company and talk face to face during the CONEXPO trade fair in March 2020. But endly it is canceled for all Chinese enterprise.

The reason why we may try to cooperate in the future:
1. Yesterday, I have a meeting with boss full afternoon and he talked about trying to support relative company who potentially to buy rotary drilling dig, and help them recover from coronavirus,
he wants to give our minimum price even if we deficit, and we will do it continuously for raceway dimension from 10ton to 100tons,
my boss directs controls this line and can ensure the delivery date 22-30 days follow the production Rhythm 35 pcs per day.
2. We produce --------- 35 years, and we have experience in solving the complex processing which may occur during machining especially 先进设备列举balabala.
3. Which you mentioned payment term, we can also accept the forward payment(30days against BL) to ensure your sufficient fluid capital. As you know Purpose is mutual benefit.
4. We almost supply all top 10 construction groups in China during these years, including 知名客户 etc.  To expand the same scales market, we should aim at the USA. And you know the USA market a lot, we just a factory.
5. Finally, I know you have enough suppliers on the list, but would you mind having a try with us at raceway dimension from 10ton to 100tons.

It will be highly appreciated if you can consider it.

LZ 的目标客户可能使中东或者非洲这边的,主要就是看价格,但是汇率涨了11%,原材料价格也涨了10%左右,总共涨价21%,你们还要给客户 3%折扣,这是做什么产品的,利润都超过25%了!

个人觉得虽然你有心写了这些邮件,写的很不错,还是感觉那点亏本降价不是很合理,这个怎么说都不合理,不合理的地方楼上的人都说过了,中国供应商生意难做的时候都面临这样的局面,要降价甚至亏本来接单保住客户,所以价格就越做越烂,客户就越找越多,越找越便宜!

前面给老客户的年度总结很重要,但是后面亏本降价我不是很认同,现在汇率和原材料都在长,公司啥条件还能给客户让折扣,我想不通。

大家应该抱着学习的心态来看待,而不是从中挑刺

有些国外的采购商很忙的,没有空看这么长的邮件,再加上现在智能手机普及,都是手机上处理邮件的,所以建议还是写短一点
