Please also note that alongwith the offer overseas suppliers are required to submit an EMD or Bid Bank Guarantee of US$8,224 which will be returned back to you after decision of this enquiry.
Kindly go through the same and confirm us the above mentioned points so that we can you send the Full Tender Documents for your reference purpose

Please note that EMD or Bid Bank Guarantee Amount of US$8,224 you don’t need to send us in advance but that has to issued in the Form of Bank Guarantee for this particular amount by your Chinese Bank which will be routed through their counterpart Indian Bank and will be drawn in favour of the Authorised Bank of the Govt. Customer who has issued this enquiry.
Please also note that since this enquiry has been generated by an Indian Govt. Customer hence submission of EMD or Bid Bank Guarantee is must which will be returned back to you after finalisation of this tender and if you don’t submit the same then your offer will be rejected at the Techno-Commercial Stage itself.
Let us know your final decision whether you are interested in submitting the same or not and if yes then we can mail you the Full Tender Documents for your reference purpose.
