Export Classification AL:N ECCN:N“Goods labeled with “AL” not equal to “N” are subject to European or German export authorization when being exported out of the EU. Goods labeled with “ECCN” not equal to “N” are subject to US reexport authorization. Even without label , or with label “AL:N” or “ECCN:N”, authorization may be requited due to the final end-use and destination for which the goods are to be used.”

出口分类
1、当商品标为“AL”而不是“N”并且被出口到欧盟以外的地方时属于欧盟或者德国出口部门授权
2、当商品标为“ECCN”而不是“N”时，属于美国再出口部门授权
3、当没有标记，或者标为“AL:N"或者“ECCN:N”时，此时由商品被使用的最终使用者或目的地授权
