直接翻译过来了，有些单词也用上了，但我觉得跟我的翻译习惯不一样。比方说我会说widely used in ... very popular in EU..We'll send new samples to you at our account. 个人习惯问题吧

We are NOT sure the issue is related to the shipping of the sample or production, so we need to run a full test on the defective sample and find it out.
