Due to the adjustment of business policy, the informa invoice will be canceled. we began to deliver against payment.
When the order is released, we will provide commercial invoice and picking list within 2 days for distributor. Please arrange the full amount of the order within 7 days when the commercial invoice is issued. we will deliver the shipment after the bank slip is confirmed. If the account is not settled, we have to hold the next parts order which is the same type.

we will deliver the shipment after the bank slip is confirmed. 改成the shipment will be deliver after the bank ship which is confirmed.

Statement Of Payment
Due to the adjustment of business policy, the Porforma invoice(你是想说形式发票？)
will be canceled. we began to deliver against payment.
When the order is released, we will provide commercial invoice and picking list within 2 days for distributor. （一般用被动比较好吧，Commercial invoice and packing list will be provided for distributors within 2days）
Please arrange the full amount of the order within 7 days when the commercial invoice is issued.(这里不应该用when,应该用after， 或者改简单一点，after the commercial invoice is issued, please arrange full amount of the order within 7 days.)
we will deliver the shipment after the bank slip is confirmed. (The shipment will be arranged after bank slip is confirmed )
If the account is not settled, we have to hold the next parts order which is the same type. (这里你是想表述，如果货款没有结清，那么下批订单同样的货物会停止或交货么？ The same type goods in next order will be suspended if the account is not settled.)
