首先他需要清关的资料，让你准备，顺便附上机器的详细说明，这样他可以去申请证书或者其他什么清关需要的批函。如果有机器的商品编码可以添加在文件里。意思是看得懂，只是这英语真的够呛！你问一下客户是不是你理解的意思嘛，确认很重要！
