Time used to sort out and remove the damaged ca rgo if same is found prior to and/or during discharging at the discharge port
Laytime to be non-reversible between load and dischatge port.

Laytime :how much time need to be taken when discharging the cargo .because when you got a Vsl.Nomination ,it would be restricted in it.Over the restrict time ,it would be called 'demurrange '.
