客户信用证付款，单据没有不符点，但银行的发来的进账单（回单）上，写着国外费用USD245，银行也查不到这笔费用扣的原因？请教给为大侠，为什么会扣这笔款？另外，要么我问问客户，但以什么样的口气问会好一些呢？求英文表达...评论
国外扣费是不是包括信用证不符点扣费,银行手续费等等。

We are glad to inform that we have received net amount of US$... drawn under LC number ...,dated......
On reviewing of the bank charges,our accounting department found out there is item with deduction of US$245.00 and our local bank could not provide further details as it's composition.Would you mind kindly looking into matter and could you have your bank to come up with a breakdown list of this charge?
Your kind assistance will be highly appreciated.
