这种问题我们常遇到。但一般我们不会直接说某台机子出故障，或者不行怎么行。因为感觉上有点不太好。。一般我们都会把事情交给QC这一块。然后质量第一说出来，让客户知道我们对客户，对产品的重视。

我觉得了楼上的一些翻译都不错了，可以借鉴。但是我的个人意见是为啥要因小失大呢？一台显示器很重要？如果是我或许我会直接跟客人说短装一台按照实际出货数量收款，或者下次补给他。如果那一台真的很重要，那就另当别论。
