第11条。合同履行：
如果卖方未交付货物(有的合同无法按期交也是要交罚款的)，那卖方需要支付买家每1000公吨的油2.2%相当于定单单位价格的5%的现款做为罚金. (也就是说如果这个合同有5000公吨油,那他要罚的就是2.2%*1000*5=110吨的钱. )
