- 意思是不是说在当前公司的方针由货运公司做清关？
2. The Shipper is responsible for completing Section B, by typing directly into the text boxes provided, and sending the form as an email attachment to the Carrier,whose U.S. Customs Brokerage department will be responsible for filing the ISF on SANM’s behalf.
- "The Shipper ...Carrier"这句的意思我理解,后面的看不懂了...
