there is some items , our user requests rebate...product price is $465
but we wonder if we can remit more money to you
and you can send us back...
there is some tax regulation and cash input-output regulation in your country.
1) price is $ 100
2) make 2 contracts
one is contract and another is commission contract
but contractor and commission beneficiary is same (plz check whether you can contract with same customer)
3) sales contract $200, commission contract $100 (as real price is $100)
4) we remit $200 to you
5) you have to pay more tax (as contract value is bigger)
6) if you contract $100,you have to pay tax $5 , but you have to pay $10 for $200 contract.
7) so you deduct money as much as tax increases( $5)
8) you remit $95 to us.
there is some limitation for how much money you can do in this way .
it is up to your commission regulation .
my question is
Firstly, is it possible to make that kinds of contract and you can remit back?
Secondly, if possible , how much money should be reducted from original commission
