BUYER shall be entitled, at its option, to require the repair or replacement of any defects part or parts, free of charge to BUYER or in case of urgency, at SELLER’s expense, to remedy such defects by BUYER itself or to take the necessary steps to cure by a third party or to procure replacement from elsewhere. This provision shall also apply in the event of delay of SELLER to meet its warranty-obligations.根据需要，买方有权选择修补或者替换任何不合格产品或者零件并且不承担任何费用，如在紧急情况下买方自行对不合格品进行修补或者通过第三方采取必要的补救步骤进行修补或者在其他地方采购进行替换，所有发生的费用应由卖方承担。由于卖方的延迟，为满足保修义务同样适用此条款。

如果任何组件或者部分货物在投入生产之后发现有缺陷或者不能使用，卖方应承担并赔偿买方由此遭受的一切成本及维修费用，或者是在FOB到港之后三十天内更换新的货物。
