这句话不能用完成式，因为时间是过去的某一点发生的动作，用一般过去式就可以。
The ship departed at 10 o'clock last night.用完成式要改时间壮语，The ship has departed before 10 o'clock yeterday night.
sail 也可表示开船。
The ship sailed yesterday night.
The ship left for XXX port yesterday night
