请问下面这段话是什么意思啊？客户发了一张表过来，上面有价格、数量、包装、生产周期等，难道是要我把这张表填满？we need your support in sending us the best quote for the parts in the attached file for Timisoara site.
Please note that you have to quote us the MPN as requested in the file, in case you quote a different MPN we clearly need the reason for not quoting our MPN:

对附件内容报出最好的价格
必须依照附件的MPN报价，如果你报出的价格和客人的MPN不同，必须要阐述原因
RoHS compliance file 这个表格要填满
PS：MPN是什么东西？数量吗？
