Per feedback of our panel vendors, panel with brightness of 400 CD/M2 is not available because it has been stop production. Few existing panels in the market are almost modified ones in un-reliable quality. We have experience of buying such modified ones but defective rate is very high. Therefore, we could not provide such products to you.
