若由于非卖方原因造成的设备不可调试，买方有义务在货交承运人后四个月内付清尾款，以保证买方顺利完成出口后的各项工作。卖方也应协助买方顺利完成安装调试工作.怎么翻译比较好呢？谢谢

If the equipment's undebuggable is not caused by seller, then the buyer should paying off the balance payment within 4 months since the carrier pick up the goods to make sure the seller's after-sale operations go smoothly. Also, the seller should assist the buyer in the equipent debuging process.
