定单晚于约定日程表14天后起拖延交货的话，买家将对拖延就行罚款。
罚金按形式发票金额作为基数，每天收取1%。罚金计算日期从晚于日程表后的第15天算起。
计算方式从发货人或者托运人预定取货的日期算起。
拖延，生产加工引起的，或者其他工序导致的发货人或者托运人不能从工厂准时取货，拖延日期为形式发票上显示的时间至收到货物的最后时间。（这句有点拿不准）。

最后一句是不是说：比如合同双方约定4月1日交货，结果晚了14天海还没有交货，到4月18日才交货，货物29日客户收到。
可是发货前做的发票写的日期是4月12.那么应该交罚金的期限就是4月15--4月28/29.
