BUYER will accept only Products that conform 100% to Order and will not accept any deviation from its Terms. Vendor warrants that the Products ordered will be fit and sufficient for the purpose intended, will comply with the Terms of this Order and any drawings, specifications quality assurance requirements incorporated herein, that all Products will be merchantable, will meet any performance guaranties set forth in the Order or in the specifications published by Vendor to the Products ordered and free of defects in design, material and workmanship or latent defects, and that all Products shall be delivered free of any security interest or any other lien or encumbrance. Such warranties, together with all warranties set forth on the face of this Order and all other warranties express or implied by law, shall survive inspection, test, acceptance and payment for the Products and shall run to BUYER, its successors, assigns and customers.以上为合同中一条款，实在难以翻译顺畅，求各位大侠帮忙翻译翻译！
