北京的FEDEX 人员告诉你的FEDEX NO 处于半关闭状态，只能付现金，所以要求你联系你的当地FEDEX ，让他再通知北京的FEDEX ，让北京的FEXEX 来我公司把样品取走。大致的意思是这样，

we heard from the staff of FEDEX in Beijing that your FEDEX NO is in half off state, only accepting cash. So you should contact with the local FEDEX and let the staff reinform FEDEX in Beijing to fetch the samples for you.

We were told by Bei Jing Fedex that your account is limited to accept cash only.
It's not allowed to accept freight collected. So would you please contact your local Fedex and ask them to inform our Bei Jing Fedex to collect the samples.

Sorry but your FEDEX account was checked inactive so you will be requested to pay the carriage in cash. Pleace ask your local FEDEX to contact its Beijing office to pick up the samples at our address. Thank you.
