Confirmation Letter
To Korea Testing Laboratory Date: 200 . . .
We hereby certify that Agency(or person)'s name & address is Authorized by Factory’s name & address to act for and on its behalf for the limited purpose of submitting Manufacturer‘s product name Documents to KTL(Korea Testing Laboratory) for the sole purpose of obtaining approvals or certifications necessary for their import and sale, including:
(1)completing and submitting paperwork necessary to obtain such approval or certification;
(2)contacting the corresponding responsible person(s) in order to overcome any possible difficulty with the approval or certification, and to ensure that the approval and/or certificate(s) for the tested and approved product(s) is/are obtained; and
(3)communicating with independent Test Laboratories or other organizations with respect to the approval process.
Agency(or person)'s name is authorized to present this Confirmation Letter to KTL(Korea Testing Laboratory) as proof of its power to act on behalf of the Factory’s name in this limited capacity.
