We had carried this morning already on the discussion on the stacking chair price, and learned from ours purchaser there: In view of this model of chair, the frame suppliers which we are in cooperation at present are not willing to reduce prices, because this was already the price which most gives preferential benefit, but these agreements reduce prices the manufacturer, they produce product, contrasts the former, must be defective in the quality and the service life, Most of these cheap products have rust situation in six months! I thought that this is the situation which we are not willing to see, then between the price and quality both, we all can the primordial consideration quality , after all, the quality is a very important matter!

中文：今天早上我们公司已经就这款折叠椅的价格讨论过了，并从采购处得知：针对这款椅子，我们目前合作的铁架供应商不会再降价了，因为这已经是最优惠的了。而那些同意降价的厂商，他们的产品，对比前者，在质量和使用时间上都欠缺好多，并且这些低价产品大多数在半年后就会有生锈的情况，我想这是我们双方都不愿看到的，那么，在质量和价格两者之间，我们都会优先选择质量的，毕竟质量是非常重要的一件事情！
这是我针对客人要求降价的回信，明知道有好多语法错误，可水平有限，那位朋友能帮我改改，谢谢了！

For these manufacturers who agree to lower the price,the quality and service lift is not good enough. Most of these cheap products rust in six months! I believe neither of us wanted that. Quality is more important than price.

外方要的是价格，质量只要达到他们的标准就行了，不用说的那么多，把价格做为切入点吧，质量不能作为不降价的筹码。

其中确实存在好几处语法错误，比如同位语从句和定语从句混用，定语从句关系代词使用错误。建议你既然不太擅长语法的话就干脆用简易的语句就行了。那样还显得干练呢。

I discussed the price of the folding chair with company management this morning, and knew from purchasing department that our suppliers could not lower the price because they’ve tried their best to give us the best price. Those who agreed to lower their price, their products, comparing with ours, have worse quality and shorter lifetime. And these cheap products rust after half a year of use, which, both of us are unwilling to see. Between quality and price, we choose quality as our own preference because it is the most important thing for us!
