10. Governing Laws适用法律
During the assignment, the provisions of the Contract are subject to the provisions of China legislation and China jurisdiction. However any dispute arising from the performance, interpretation or breach of the contract in the working location, you will be sent back to China for the settlement.
派遣期间，该合同条款应遵守中国立法和司法。在工作地因本协议履行，解释或合同违约引发与相关的任何纠纷，将遣回中国裁决。
