账户名称问题客人寄样品费。
给他的是私人账户，因为小额。中行的。客人是澳大利亚的。但客人付款的时候，其他资料没写错，把私人账户的名字给写成公司的名字了。
银行怎么没说是错的呀？也没给客人退款。奇怪啊。那现在要怎么办啊？？？

We have made the payment and it was successful, and didn’t get rejected on our end. The account number, swift code and bank name are all the same on the invoice as to what we paid. It is just the account name that is wrong.
Sorry we made the payment under the wrong name, but surely it should have still been processed to the same account? Are you able to access it by speaking to the owner of the account

The people of the bank just called me .there are 2 options to solve the problem ,we want to hear you advice.
1. pls you go to your bank and modify the Beneficiary name into ****.then the money will into our account.
2. we return your money back .then you send the money again.
