PROCEDURE TO STENCIL: - a STENCILING plate (often metal) is made (or arranged) by you the supplier. The information that is to be printed should be cut out of the plate. Then you would get an ink stamp pad, a roller (like painters use). You hold the plate against the carton, dip the roller into the black ink, and roll the roller over the exposed areas on the plate. This method puts the ink onto the carton. The only thing you should not cut out on the plate, is the actual carton number. This is because each carton will have a different number so usually you would use a ‘Texta’ pen to write that on each carton. The tip of the Texta is often around 5mm thick so the marking will be 5mm thick.各位大神，客户关于包装的要求，什么意思呢？看不大明白。

外箱的刷字（唛头）方法。一定厚度的铁板将唛头信息镂空，再用滚筒（类似于粉刷墙的方法）将字透过镂空部分将唛头信息刷到纸箱上。但唛头字的厚度会不会有那么厚就不知道了。。箱子序列号用水笔写。
如果不强调字的厚度，直接用喷的方法还更方便。
