实际操作的时候可以制作装船通知一正一副，并通过邮件发送给开证申请人和开证行，在交单的时候把这一正一副的装船通知及邮件副本联同其它单据一并提交。

基本可以判定是落后国家的银行开出的L/C，只有它们才会规定这类自欺的条款。;P

是的，写封邮件，可以标题为shipment advice
然后把这些信息详细填写上去indicating full details of shipment such as description,quantity and value of shipped goods,date of shipment,port of loading and port of discharge,the name,the nationality,E.T.A.and IMO number of the vessel
截图打印和其他要求交单的文件一起寄给银行
