Information to be provided under sub-section (5) of section 90 or sub-section (5) of section 90A of the Income-tax Act, 1961
I am Sophia Dou who is on behalf 公司的英文名称 in the capacity of 填表人的职务 to provide the following information, relevant to the previous year 20xx-20xx（年度，只能是一年，比方说2015-2016） in the case of Shandong Sanjin Glass Machinery Co., Ltd for the purposes of sub-section (5) of section 90/section 90A:—
