3.2. Goods under this Contract shall be delivered within 60 days (to 27.02.2017) after receipt of advance payment of 30% of the value of the Goods specified in this Contract and article 6.1 and after receiving authorization from the Buyer for shipment, which is issued as a result of testing in accordance with article 4 of this Contract.3.3. The delivery date is the date of "clean" Bill of Lading.
17.2. All Amendments and supplements as well as stopping of this Contract can be done when mutually agreed and valid only if they are done in written form.
