一个印度开来的信用证，关于提单的描述，我非常不理解哦，请高手支招。complete set of clean bills of lading made to order and endorsed to state bank of Inida.The bill of lading must show that goods have been shipped on board and freight prepaid.Bill of lading must also indicate the name and address of the importer as well as state bank of India, 银行地址省略。
这个提单，是要写成TO ORDER 吗？ 那银行，也要写在提单上吗，是写在哪里呢？
我还是第一次做印度的信用证，搞不清楚。

要求提交全套清洁提单，收货人to order，背书给State bank，提单显示货物已装船，运费已付。后面要求提单显示进口方和银行的名称和地址，没说显示在哪，那就在空白处显示吧（这点我也没做过，个人观点）

收货人 to order， 背书给 那个印度银行。
显示货物已装运 运费已付， 整句话都可以写上， 最后的 the name address 。。。等等也原句体现就好。

收货人 to order， 背书给 那个印度银行。
显示货物已装运 运费已付， 整句话都可以写上， 最后的 the name address of importer:。。。 the name and address of state bank of india: .........等等也原句体现就好。
应该是这样希望有帮助

提单Consignee: to order.
然后托运人在正本提单背面背书内容：please deliver to state bank of india，然后经手人签字+ 中英文章。

可在货描空白处加入。
