discrepant documents under this documentary credit. this charge shall be for the account of the beneficiary

扣费条款不难的，可以自己看看。
前半部分是迟于有效期交单的话，扣费标准是75美金，收取该费用并不意味着或者申请人接受单据或者富国银行承诺付款。
后半部分是不符点的扣费标准145美金。
