0 Truck consignment not evidencing goods consigned to National Bank of Kuwait SAK, Kuwait
0 Original documents to accompany the airway bill/truck consignment note, consequently negotiation against duplicate documents is permitted.
1 Beneficiary’s certificate certifying/stating that the goods shipped carries the name of the country of origin in an irremovable and indelible way.
0 Insurance Policy/Certificate covering all risk warehouse to warehouse issued in favour of National Bank of Kuwait SAK, Kuwait for 110% of the invoice value.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Insurance will be covered locally. Please sent a copy of the letter of credit to Gulf Insurance Co., Kuwait
0 Arrange Insurance cover and charge our account with premium and your charges.
0 Shipment to be effected by 0 United Arab Shipping Co’s vessels 0 Conference Lines vessels 0 Regular Liner Service vessels
1 UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, Advising Negotiating Bank Charges outside Kuwait are for Beneficiaries account.
Other terms and conditions:
1. Goods to be stamped with permanent ink and/or labeled with irremovable stickers, evidencing that goods are made in “manufacturing country” on each item.
2. Certificate of origin should show the manufacturing country and/or countries issued from the export country legalized from Chamber of Commerce of “Shipping Country”.
3. Commercial invoice to be legalized from Chamber of Commerce of “Shipping Country”.
4. Commercial invoice should state the LC number and our purchase order number mentioned in this LC.
5. Total net/gross weight and number of cartons in packing list should tally with those on transport documents and commercial invoice if available.
6. Original documents should be submitted to the bank within Fourteen (14) days from shipment date and copy of documents must be sent via email to ***
7. Shipping unrestricted.
8. Certificate issued by the carrier or the shipping agent that the carrying vessel is classified by an approved classification society as per institute classification clause and is classified as LLOYDS 100A1 or its equivalent classification and due diligence have been exercised to make the vessel seaworthy is not required.
9. Legalization of documents in Kuwaiti or Saudi Embassy/Consulate is not required.
10. Shipped on board bill of lading is acceptable.
11. Goods shipped to Saudi Arabia under the name of Abyat Saudi for building materials.
12. All documents (Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) should be under the name of Abyat Saudi for building materials
13. Bill of lading made to the order of NBK, notify party Abyat Saudi for Building Materials
14. Bill of Lading freight prepaid and collect are both acceptable and freight charges to be settled outside LC terms.
15. The following parties are acceptable as second notify party on the bill of lading:
- PWC Transport Co, Kuwait.
- Plimsoll Logistics.
- DHL Global Forwarding.
- Al-Rashed International shipping Co
- Amiral Shipping Co.
- KGL Logistics
- Al Rai Logistics / Enkay Express
- Fusion Shipping & Logistics Co. W.L.L. - Kuwait
16. Once the usance condition has been fully met and executed to your satisfaction and if you are requested by the beneficiary to discount the relevant draft, you have our unconditional and unreserved consent to do so at Libor interest rate prevailing for the concerned tenor on the date of discounting plus 3% annualized being your mark up. All this is subject to the condition that the interest and all other related charges are also borne by the beneficiary

产地证公司要办理的话得去贸促会备案先·也可以找代理提供箱单和发票即可

可以背书也或可以不背书。
如果收货人是to order ,那么需要shipper背书给National Bank of Kuwait SAK。
如果收货人是to the order of National Bank of Kuwait SAK., Kuwait
受益人无须背书，由开证行来背书。
