关于提单的
1)Full set(three original plus three non negotiable copies)clean on board ocean bill of lading issued by the shipping company itself or its duly authorised agent,made out to the gujarat,india ie code no.0893001741 must be mentioned in bill of lading and notify applicant showing.

covering the risk from the beneficiarys warehouse to the applicants warehouse at surat,gujarat,india and showing claims are payable at mumbai(india)irrespective of the percentage brokers certificate is not acceptable.the insurance policy/certificate dated after the date of bill of lading is not acceptable
