1. 5 Signed invoices in the name of applicant certifying
merchandise to be of China origin
2. 3 packing list/weight list.
3. Certificate of origin issued by China Council for Promotion of
International Trade.
4. Full set of clean Shipped on Board ocean bill of lading
drawn or endorsed to the order of Habib Bank AG Zurich, showing
beneficiary as shipper, marked notify applicant and issuing bank,
bearing our credit number, showing freight PREPAID. Name,
address and telephone numbers of shipping agent at destination
must also appear on bill of lading.
5. Insurance covered by applicant. All shipment under this credit
must be advised by beneficiary within 5 working days from
shipment date directly by fax or post or courier to M/S Alliance
Insurance (P.S.C.) P.O.Box 5501, Dubai, UAE. and to the
applicant referring to open policy or cover no
M/OPEN/DB/2219/2000 giving full detail of shipment. A copy of
each of above advices and the postal registration receipts or fax
transmission report or courier receipt to accompany the original
set of documents.

3. Short Form/Blank Back/Claused/Stale Bill Of Lading/Airway Bill
