when we hold discrepant documents at the diposal of the presenter, we shall be entitled, before our actual receipt of written notice from the presenter by authenticated telex or swift requiring our return of the documents, to release the documents to the applicant without prior notice to or consent from the presenter. in this case, we shall be deemed to have taken up the documents and shall perform our obligations under this Lc accordingly, and we shall be under on other obligation and or responsibility whatsoever to the beneficiary/presenter.- all parties to this documentary credit are advised that there are specific sanctions and regulations imposed and enforced by the us. un. eu and other governmental and/or individuals.under these measures, the bank and other parties may be unable to process of engage in transactions which involve a breach of the sanctions and the authorities may require disclosure of information the bank assumes no liability for rejecting any presentation of documents that may violate the aforesaid condition and any loss, damages or delay arising directly of indirectly in connection with the aforesaid matters.- in case that documents forwarded by nominated bank to us were lost in transit, we have the right to require copy/duplicate(to be contd)

第一条是什么意思，是不是银行在不符点情况下，可以在我们的回收通知前，把单据交给客户的意思？
因为信用证还补发了一条： of the original documents, covering letter and relative courier receipt to be sent to our bank for checking and payment under LC will be pended till copy/duplicate of documnets are found compliant, in this regard, the second paragraph of art 35 of ucp600 is not applicable, our bank shall not bear any charges and interests incurred
这个是不是说发现单据副本一致才付款？
如果这样的话，银行就可以把单据交给了客户，而又不付款给我们？有么有不符点就不付款的意思
