in the event we refuse documents due to discrepancies in any presentation/drawing uder this letter of credit, we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to contact the applicant for a waiver of such discrepancies, and we accept such waiver, we may rescind our refusal, release the documents to the applicant, and effect payment as per your payment instructions according to the orignal terms of the letter of credit , unless we receive your written instructions to the contrary prior to our receiving and accepting such waiver of discrepancies from the applicant.
one additional photocopy of all documents are required to be presented together with the documents for issuing bank's retention and will not be returned even documents are finally refused . a handing fee of usd 20.00 will be deducted from payment proceeds if extra photocopy of required documents not presented.

当开证行确定交单不符时，可以自行决定联系申请人放弃不符点。
b)开证行留存单据直到其从申请人处接到放弃不符点的通知并同意接受该放弃，之后开开证申请人付款赎单，开证行对此类放单不负责任。
