劳烦各位前辈帮忙看下此份沙特阿拉伯开过来的信用证的一些单据要求，不知如何理解，劳烦各位了！谢谢.If any of the documents submitted for negotiation under this credit evidences shipment by container(s) then the following requirements must be completed with:
A. a certificate as per the following format issued and signed by the shipper mentioned in the transport document must be submitted for negotiation.
'We hereby certify that a packing list and a label mentioning the name,address and telephone/fax/telex nos(if any available) of both the shipper and the applicant are stuck on the internal sides of the container doors and as per saudi ports authority regulations,the goods covered under this credit are permtted to be shipped in container(s) and in all respect,specifically with regard to unloading and clearance at the port of discharge in compliance with the regulations of the same authority'

受益人的声明内容：根据沙特海关的官方规定，我司在此确认--同时附有受益人及申请人详细信息的标签+箱单已贴在集装箱门内侧了。此LC下的货物允许装集装箱，并与目的港的清关及卸货规定相符。
