We hereby certify that a set of shipping documents including one original clean on board ocean bill of lading,one original ccvo,one original packing list,one original manufacturer’s certificate to be dispatched by courier to ---- within twenty-one days of shipment.
请问一下
47A 规定的几条
1、where there would no further drawing on l/c,beneficiary must present a certificate stating that there would be no further drawing on l/c
2、beneficiary certificate signed purportedly by the authorized officers to the effect that ''products/cargoes had been delivered in conformity with the terms of the l/c,that all necessary documents have been forwarded to the consignee and that payment of the invoice for delivery is properly due to them and would be exclusively used for the settlement of the invoice
请问这两条需要附加在受益人证明里面吗？还是单独写一个受益人证明？？
请不吝赐教，刚开始做l/c 实在不明白。

应该两份吧：
1. 如果没有后续的付款，受益人提交一份证明以证明信用证上没有后续的付款
2. 受益人证明，由授权的人员签字，上面写有“''products/cargoes had been delivered in conformity with the terms of the l/c,that all necessary documents have been forwarded to the consignee and that payment of the invoice for delivery is properly due to them and would be exclusively used for the settlement of the invoice”
确定产品已按信用证的要求发运，所有交单的单据都交付给收货人，发票的上的款项由收货人支付，并且该支付的款项只能用于发票的清偿。
这里由授权人员签字，不是很明确，最好要问清楚。
