Payment for the goods supplied under this contract will be made in U.S. dollars (USD) exhibiting an irrevocable akkredetiva (L / C) to the Seller. At the same time the seller has to instruct the bank to transfer garatiny fund of 2% of the amount of the credit to the account of the buyer.5.2. The basis for the payment for the goods is a specification for each batch of goods supplied, which is an integral part of this Contract. The Letter of Credit will be made to provide a "seller" to the nominated bank the following documents in English:
- Invoice indicating the country of origin and the manufacturer (the original) with the marks of the customs authority of the country of origin
-quality passport issued by the factory - manufacturer of the goods {copy )
- Certificate of origin ST-1 (original)
- Certificate (original)
- Certificate of CIQ in quantity and quality
- the copy of customs declaration of the country of
export;-Aero-roadbills (original) ..
5.3. Timing and payment of goods is determined in the specifications on consignment.

2. 产地证在商检局或者贸促会办理，你们公司申请签发产地证书，需要先办理注册登记，经审核确认有申请资格后，才能按正常程序进行申请签发产地证书。注册登记一般需要1-2个月的时间。如果你们公司没有进出口权或者没有在商检局办理则不能办理，这种情况只能找代理办理只要你们提供箱单和发票给代理即可办理。一般1-2个工作日即可出证。

可以做到，就是CIQ比较难操作，需要做实地监装，一般由工厂去办理！
