this documentary credit shall not be used to finance the shipment of goods originating from or despatched from or depatched to any designated foreign country or its nationals under the US foreign assets control regulations or any other regulations administered by UN, EU or the US department of the treasury office of foreign assets control and consequently documents indicating shipment of goods originating from or despatched from or despatched to such designated country (IES) are not acceptable for issuance, payment, confirmation, negotiation, advice or other implementation under this credit.先谢谢诸位大侠的友情帮助:handshake

一，货源地或发货地或者收货地不能为美国或者欧盟，联合国制裁的国家。
二，若出现上述情况，禁止开出，或者付款，保兑，议付，通知或执行此跟单信用证等。
